The Communications Services Division of the Diocese of Helena works to promote communication within the diocese, with other dioceses, and with the media.

The responsibilities of the office include preparing press releases on behalf of the diocese for television, radio, and print media, and coordinating with the press during special diocesan events.

The office is responsible for answering general requests for information from individuals, parishes, other institutions of the Catholic church, and non church-related organizations.

The office also produces and distributes the diocesan directory, videos of special events, and assorted pamphlets and booklets.
