Prayer for the Capital Campaign

You are truly blessed, O God of holiness!
From age to age you gather a people to yourself
so that from the rising of the sun to its setting
an offering may be made to the glory of your name.
Blessed too is your Son Jesus Christ
who is present among us and whose love gathers us together.

Enliven us with your Holy Spirit and enflame our hearts with the fire of your love.
Open our eyes and our hearts to the needs of all;
inspire us with words and deeds to comfort those who labor and are burdened;
keep our service of others faithful to the example and command of Christ.

We pray in the name of your Blessed Son,
Jesus Christ the Lord forever and ever.
