The diocesan pastoral plan Come to the Light included recommendations for the diocese’s communications efforts. Current efforts are being assessed through a communications audit, which includes a survey of parishioners. With this issue of The Montana Catholic, 2,500 surveys have been mailed to a sampling of subscribers.

The audit is being conducted through the diocesan Communications Services office, with the support of The Gallatin Group in Helena.

If you received a paper version of the survey, please take a few minutes to fill it out and return it, using the postage-paid envelope. If you didn’t receive a paper survey, please participate in the online version, which will be available at www.diocesehelena.org on Nov. 21.

The paper surveys should be postmarked by Dec. 4. The online survey will be available through Dec. 4.

Communications Director Renée St. Martin Wizeman said, “I wholeheartedly encourage people to use the survey as one way to tell us what we’re doing well and where we can improve.”
