St. Michael the Archangel Parish in Conrad honored members Eileen Fall and Sister Mary
Hugh Copenhaver on Sept. 26 as the parish celebrated St. Michael’s Feast Day. Fall has
been active in many aspects of parish life. She has assisted with the rummage/bake sale,
funeral dinners and the annual Harvest Dinner, and for the past two years she prepared
meals for participants in the Program of Formation for Lay Ministers. Sister Mary Hugh formerly
directed religious education at St. Michael’s. The myriad ways in which she contributes
to parish life include helping with preparations for religious education and mailing
of the parish newsletter. Above, Marliss Picard and Father Stan Róg paint the religious education
classroom. New carpet, which was partially funded by a grant from the Foundation
for the Diocese of Helena Inc., was also installed in the classroom.
