Secular Franciscans of Our Lady of the Rockies Region gathered in Billings for a regional
retreat Sept. 10-12. The region covers Montana and northern Wyoming. The host fraternity
for the retreat was Queen of Angels, in Billings. Franciscan Sister Ingrid Peterson
was the guest speaker.
