Vicar for Canonical Services
The Vicar for Canonical Services provides canonical advice to the Bishop, the diocesan staff, and various diocesan groups and entities; supplies background for permissions, dispensations, and the like; conducts canonical research; and serves as an assistant to the bishop. He acts according to the mind of the bishop in the bishop’s absence. He serves as an ex officio member of consultative groups.

Tribunal
The Tribunal assists with the pastoral care of divorced and remarried persons seeking to have their marriage recognized in the church, divorced persons seeking to remarry, and divorced persons seeking clarification of their standing in the Church.
