The archivist maintains diocesan records and archives, conducts historical research, maintains microfilmed sacramental records, and coordinates the Historic Preservation Committee.

Database Management
This office provides support for Stewardship Services and The Foundation for the Diocese of Helena by tracking gifts to the diocese. This office provides timely reports to the appropriate Chancery offices and to the parishes for campaigns, including the Annual Catholic Appeal (ACA), Son Light, and the from Age to Age capital campaign.

The Victims’ Assistance Advocate coordinates assistance for the immediate pastoral care of persons who claim to have been sexually abused when they were minors by priests or deacons.
