The Foundation for the Diocese of Helena, Inc. (FDOH) is an independent, not-for-profit, 501c(3) corporation which provides services in the area of planned giving. The Foundation's mission is to sustain and advance the work of the Catholic Church, and to promote, expand and strengthen the long-term financial viability of the Diocese of Helena.

The Foundation serves as a conduit for individuals and organizations to support the ministries and programs of the Bishop of Helena. The Foundation accomplishes this through outreach; responsible financial stewardship of endowed and unrestricted funds; and support of projects as prioritized by the Board or directed by donors.
