The Pastoral Planning Director works with the Diocesan Pastoral Council under the direction of the Bishop to identify pastoral priorities for the diocese. The director assures a broad-based consultation process in the formulating of direction statements that guide the diocese in a five-year planning cycle.

Parish Council Development
The Director of Pastoral Planning Services offers support to parish pastoral councils through workshops and other resources to develop appropriately as consultative bodies. The director, together with the Parish and School Financial Manager, provides support and resources to parish/school finance councils to develop appropriately as consultative bodies.
